Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia, a business hub, and one of the biggest modern and cultural regions in Malaysia. In 1972, Kuala Lumpur became a state, where in 1974 it was joined to other parts of Selangor. Kuala Lumpur city is known for its diverse culture, religion, and civilization, while the citizens co-exist together. The main language spoken in Kuala Lumpur is the Malay language.

Kuala Lumpur is known for having tropical weather where the temperature is high and humid most of the year. Although the temperature is high, but Kuala Lumpur is colder than other cities in Malaysia as it is surrounded by mountain valleys.

Kuala Lumpur foundation dates back to 1875, by raja Abdullah one of the members of Selangor royal family. when raja Abdullah, raja Jumat ruler of Lukut, and 87 Chinese workers were searching for tin in the area. At the meeting point of Gombak river and Klang river they marched until they reached a forest where they found the tin. the area where the tin was found was Kuala Lumpur. After that, the city started to evolve for its tin mine, where the mine workers started to come for work.
